Export and share

You can export from two places: the library (long-press a card, then use the top bar) and the editor (overflow menu > Export). What is available depends on where you start.

From the library

Select one or more maps and the top bar offers:

  • Export .mindnodes— 123Mind's own format, which keeps everything and can be imported again later.
  • Export PNG and Export PDF.
  • Export Markdown, Export OPML and Export FreeMind— outline formats other tools can read.
  • Share, when exactly one map is selected.

From the editor

The export dialog offers:

  • 123Mind (.mindnodes)
  • PNG image
  • PDF document
  • SVG vector— this exports the drawing only, not the map, and does not embed images.

Image and PDF options

The export dialog shows a live preview, and for image and PDF formats:

  • Auto Size sizes the output to the content.
  • Width and height fields set the output size exactly.
  • Scale multiplies the resolution, from 0.1 to 8.
  • Offset X and Offset Y shift the content inside the frame.
  • Rotation turns it.
  • Origin To Center Of Drawing is available on an infinite canvas.

With several maps selected you can preview each in turn, and a combined PDF option appears.

Sharing

Share in the editor opens a similar dialog with 123Mind, PNG, PDF and SVG, and hands the file to another app.

123Mind also accepts shared text and images: share a markdown outline into it and it becomes a new map, and share an image to start a map with it.

There is no JPEG or WEBP option in the interface. PNG is the image format the app offers.
