Views and overview

The bottom bar is the only navigation in easyToDo.

Tasks

Your list, newest arrangement first unless you change it. Each card carries its project, created date, labels, priority, subtask count and next reminder, with a checkbox to finish it off. See Tasks.

Projects

Your projects as cards with progress. See Projects and labels.

Board

Three columns side by side: Todo, In Progress and Done. A task appears in the column matching its state, and shows its priority as a small pill if it has one.

Tap a card to open it. The Board is a way of seeing the work, not of moving it — change a task's state from the card's menu on the Tasks tab.

Calendar

A month grid you can page through with the arrows either side of the month. The selected day is highlighted, today is marked, and a dot under a date means tasks are due on it.

Due dates on individual tasks are not something easyToDo can set yet, so this view is usually empty. Use a reminder on a task to keep track of when something is due.
