Settings and themes
Light and dark
Settings in the gallery's menu holds a Dark Theme switch. Left alone, Sketchable follows your device's system setting.
The same switch is in the editor's settings, under General> Interface.
The editor's settings
Inside a drawing, Settings has three tabs.
- General— canvas size, the Background colour and the dark theme switch.
- Grid— the guides described in Canvas, grid and zoom.
- Touch— turning zoom, pan and rotation on or off.
Other things in the gallery's menu
- Account— sign in to Wiqis, for Community.
- Import .sketchables— bring files in.
- Remove Ads— a one-off purchase that takes the banner and the occasional full-screen ad away. Nothing else changes.
- Help and Support— built-in articles and a way to send feedback.
Saving
There is no save button. Sketchable saves when you leave a drawing with the back arrow, and when the app goes into the background.
If the app is killed rather than backgrounded, your last few seconds of work may not be saved. Export anything you cannot afford to lose.
